DELIVERY ZONES

Our couriers deliver throughout England, Wales and Scotland, excluding the Highlands. 

DELIVERY DATES

Monday to Saturday from the 25th November to the 22nd December.

You can select a specific delivery date at checkout. The courier company will reach out to you beforehand with a more specific timeslot and tracking information the day before your Christmas tree delivery. 

CAN WE GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES?

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee delivery dates. We use a third party courier who report to delivery 95% of parcels on the “preferred” delivery date, but this does mean some deliveries might be late. This could be due to weather, driver illness, human error etc. So, where possible we would always recommend ordering your tree a day earlier than you plan to set it up just to give yourself that extra bit of wiggle room.
